CrossFit 2232 opened in late 2011 by Jama and Amy Anders. Their vision was twofold: to create a facility to help get people into the best shape of their lives and to create a tight knit community of athletes of all fitness levels and walks of life. Step inside our doors and you'll see why we aren't like other gyms. Join us for a month and you'll never want to miss a workout again.

Next Wednesday, (I believe the 18th) we will offer a free strongman class at 6:30pm. If you are interested in learning something different and working with odd objects and carries, feel free to join. This will build into what we will be offering starting in January.

Also, next Thursday, we will be bringing back the Bending Bibles and Barbells class. This will be every third Thursday of the month at 5:30. Yes, it will take one 5:30 class away a month. We will focus on a topic or verse and discuss for about 45mins. This will be co-ed and open to anyone.

As well, be on the lookout for changes coming. We have ordered hardware for 24hour access and are changing software companies. This means we will be collecting updated financial data from everyone.

Had a visitor drop in today for open gym. Didn’t think she could do our WOD today anyway since it called for rope climbs because she didn’t have them. John Crisp showed her his technique and in about 2 minutes viola!
