Their vision was twofold: to create a facility to help get people into the best shape of their lives and to create a tight knit community of athletes of all fitness levels and walks of life. Diane has been with us for about as long as anybody. I feel honored that a hard working woman like Diane has stuck with us all this time. She loves CrossFit, minus the burpees, and never misses a squat day.

Diane has made continuous improvement over the years but it wasn't until she put her head down and dialed in the nutrition that she made huge improvements. She is a living testament to the massive part nutrition plays in the progress you can make. Pull-ups, toes to bar, speed, and power followed.

Diane: I am 55 but age is just a number. I started Crossfit about 8 years ago after my son, Zach, started. I was lookng for something to help me be more fit and challenging and haven't regretted it. It has helped me build strong bones and muscle, have learned the importance of good nutrition to fuel my body.
I found that Crossfit is very adaptive to all levels. I still scale most of the workouts but I always feel successful.
Crossfit is a supportive fitness community where you are not judged by what you cannot do. You are encouraged to give 110% of what you can do. Just show up and move is my motto.
If you have ever thought about trying it, you need to.
The first step is always the hardest but it will be the best step you take if you will just try it

CrossFit 2232 is offering online programing Monday-Friday that includes workout descriptions and demo videos, plus acccess to private group messaging and all Zoom classes (Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat).

For example: Today's workout includes a description and movement demonstration plus scaled movements options for beginners.

For Time (get it done as quickly as possible)

Run 600 Meters (or 3 minutes max)
50 Dumbbell Hop Overs
40 Weighted Step Back Lunges
30 Sit Ups
20 Alternating Renegade Rows
10 Burpee Broad Jumps
20 Alternating Renegade Rows

Run 600 Meters (3 minutes max)
