Every 5 minutes for 25min:
2 rounds –
6 burpees over bar
5 Deadlifts
4 Hang Cleans
3 Front squats
2 Thrusters
1 S2OH

Once you grab the bar you cannot let go. Treat this like the bear complex. How heavy can you go and complete unbroken?
