Thursday Teamwork

Perform each circuit for 2 rounds.  Max calories and reps in a minute per exercise.  Teams of 2 or 3 will rotate between exercises.  Rest 2 minutes between each circuit

A.) Row Cal. / Deadlift Hold 225/155 / Rope Climbs

Rest 2 minutes

B.) Assault Bike Cal. / Plank Hold / Rope Climbs

Rest 2 minutes

C.) 3 – 60yds. Shuttle / Flex Arm Hang / Rope Climbs

Take some time to roll out those forearms!
