A.) 12,10,8 calories on rower and slamballs
B.) 12,10,8 power cleans @155/85 and box jumps 24/20
C.) 12,10,8 USA KB swings 70,55 and walking lunges w KB
Hip mob on box or bench in time remaining
Athletes will either be resting or working in 3min increments. If work is not completed in 3min move onto 3min rest period and cheer somebody on.
