Min 1 – 1-3 Rope Climbs
Min 2 – 40-50 Double Unders
Min 3 – 2 Hang Snatches (AHAP)
Min 4 – 7-10 T2B or Hanging Knee Raises
Then
5 min AMRAP of:
5 Power Snatches
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Rest 5min, then
4 min AMRAP with a partner
Max Strict Pullups
