Yesterday was exhausting. Today will be refreshing.
Back Squat Volcano (30min)
Work up in weight performing 3’s until you can only hit a solid 2. Then perform 2’s until you are at a solid single, all the while increasing weight.
Then, find a friend and pick an intensifier from the board for back off sets.
