WOD – EMOM
5 minutes EMOM of:
3 Snatches / 3 Box Jumps AHAP
5 minutes EMOM of:
2 Snatches / 2 Box Jumps
10 minutes EMOM of:
1 Snatch / 1 box jump

Form. Form. Form. Explode!
Reset all snatches. No touch and go reps. As Mike Burgener says, “if the stove is hot,” try and hit a max/PR within first 5 singles. Do not miss more than two singles. Take the weight down if necessary and make it pretty.

Then, 1 min Max reps box jumps 24/20. Straight into max reps of pushups (1 set).
