Happy Early Bday to Aaron Langston!
This will be in honor of him and Marzena who also shares the same birth year.
Skill – 8 minutes of Muscle Up transition
Work your false grip and transition but no actual muscle ups.
WOD – complete 1 round every 7 minutes for 4 total rounds:

400m Run

40 Pushups

40 Situps

40 Squats

IF you finish before 7 minutes is up, then enjoy your rest and be ready to run hard. 

IF you do not finish then start back at the run and try again.
Cash out – 40 strict pullups
