This Thursday is Squat maintenance. You can either do a workout you missed or squat your face off.
Overhead Squat 5×5
Front Squat 5×3

Back Squat 5×1

Increase weight every set. Perform a set every 2 minutes. As well, you will have exercises to work on between sets.
