Word of the day – Pacing

Staying calm in the face of something uncomfortable is a key to efficiency in CrossFit and an all around good quality for life.  Let’s see if we can get uncomfortable but maintain heart rate and breathing.
WOD –
RUN 0.5 miles
Begin “Chelsea”

30min EMOM of:

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats
RUN 0.5 miles
Here’s how the day will work. Run a hard half mile. Measure heart rate before and after the run. Then when everyone has returned. Begin EMOM. The rounds will be skill dependent and consist of all reps but time will be 1:00,1:30, or 2:00. Pace rounds accordingly to finish all reps but do not change once you have established your time. Measure heart rate at the end of the workout.
