7 strict leg raises
21 double unders (work at least 30 second)
WOD – 18min continuous clock
3 rounds @ 2:00
200m run / max push ups time remaining
3 rounds @ 2:00
200m run / max situps
3 rounds @ 2:00
200m run / max strict pullups
The choice is in the focus of the workout. If you can make 400m in the 2 min then go for it. As well, you may run 200m and add a rope climb before AMRAP of movement. However focus should always be on maintaining a fast run time. Get after it!
