Start the day with:
150 Pushups for time*
*each breaks grants you 5 wallballs to be performed immediately. A break is anything outside of a perfect plank position. No butts in the air or resting one arm.
Then, King TUT this:
Time under tension is a great time to hit what we don’t always get in CrossFit; eccentric contraction. Taking time to load the muscle on the way down or out can help give you a “feel” for what’s going on. Concentrate and push your one set to absolute failure.
Complete 1K Row for time at any point after the Bent Row and Front Squat. Go Hard!
