Deadlift 3×8 up to start weight

EMOM WOD – Deadlift
5 reps @ 50-60% for 5min
Plus coaches choice AMRAP
3 reps @ 70% for 5min
Plus 5 burpees
1 rep @75% Every 30 sec for 6min

Post WOD we will talk about your post workout assignments to be performed MWFs in remaining 10min. This will be mobility and accessory work for ABCs (ankles,back,catch positions).
