“Bellhop”

10 Double Unders / 30 singles (consecutively)
1 Burpee
10 Double Unders
2 Burpees
10 Double Unders
3 Burpees
Up to 10 Burpees
Then,
10 Double Unders
9 Burpees
10 Double Unders
8 Burpees
Down to 1 Burpee

Its like riding an elevator to the top floor and then back down. However, if you’ve rode a busy elevator or one with kids, somebody is always pressing the buttons and stopping progress.

If you mess up on your 10 doubles/30 singles you must do the same number of burpees. You stay on the same floor until you get the jumps in consecutively.

Ex: complete 10 doubles and 5 burpees, then 8 doubles, you must stop and do 5 burpees again and try for 10 consecutive jumps again.

No taking the stairs!
