We’re almost an entire week into another…

We’re almost an entire week into another fitness challenge. 8 weeks to go! How’s everyone doing so far? Some of you have asked what the challenge is for? Initially, some of you requested we do a challenge to help motivate you to eat healthier and lose weight. I know from experience that it’s very hard to eat whatever you want in the quantities you want, still work out, and lose weight. So, the purpose of this challenge is to motivated you throughout the holiday season with healthy nutrition and consistent workouts to keep you from gaining unwanted winter weight. Next week you will go through a few tests and then test again at the end of the challenge. I will be communicating mostly through my blog coachamy@crossfit2232.com.
