Super stoked. Got to see everyone kill it today then finally got past a big mental block. 2 years ago hurt my wrist on a front squat at 275 so squat cleans have stalled. Hit 275 squat clean and jerk with Cody Ellis tonight. Now the weight can go up! Let’s get it ladies and gentlemen.
