Fitness Challenge begins November 1! …
*start cleaning out the fridge and cupboards
*prepare your meal plan in advance (I’m going Paleo so I’ll be cutting out processed carbs and sugars)
*Set attainable goals, such as work on DU’s 10 min each day, lose 10lbs, gain 2 inches, go up 10lbs on a certain lift, etc.
*Find a way to get some quality sleep
We’ll start weighing in and taking measurements this Wednesday.
