Medball warm up

7 Power Jerk 115/85
14 KB Swing USA 55/35
7 Box Jumps 30/24

*Leap frog style. Partners will work together, one athlete working at a time. Partner A will perform jerks, then Partner B will perform swings, then Partner A will perform jumps. Exercises and partners will continue in this manner.

With a partner 5 mins:

Alternate 10 Deload pushups

Then; 1 min row x 2

    Slink and I got 10 rounds plus jerks I used 65 she used 75.

    Push ups we got 128
