    Military press 3×5 40,45,50 1×20 at 35 was so hard to do 20.

    First AMRAP 10 full rounds
    Second AMRAP 8 full rounds plus all grasshoppers

    Diane- very scaled
    Deadlift at 85, Handstand push ups from bench 3:49 (felt like I used good form for both throughout entire workout. Everything unbroken)
