    Worked with 55 lbs on hang cleans, finished 3 full rounds plus 200 m run. Blue ball for wall balls. After last few days my legs felt fried.

    got 4 rounds and 5 HSPU. Did 95 lb for cleans.

    This was probably the 2nd closest I have ever felt to passing out. Not sure why. Got to 93 on clean volcano failed at 98. On workout I did 500 singles but threw in some double unders got about 60 of them, 15 in a row. Used 63 on hang cleans, 14lb wall ball, handstands from floor. Got 4 full rounds and got through all cleans on round 5.
