*If you set the KB down add 3 step ups

WOD – 10 Rounds of:

10 Push Presses 115/75*
6 Bar Facing Burpees
*If you drop the bar add 3 burpees

    That was tough! Worked with 55 lbs on push presses. No penalties for me, yay! Got 9 rounds in 18 minutes.
