7 KB bent row @ 70/55 each arm

Only worked up to 125, so frustrating because during squat challenge I could get doubles to 140.
EMOM workout used 115 and 44lb KB, first time using that KB for anything
AMRAP workout used 45 for squat, 35 for row and felt pretty good on my push up. Finished 5th round just after time was called at 8min.
