    Got up to 105, so hard for me to keep elbows up BLAH! Used 95 on EMOM only got T2B 4 rounds, got like 6sec rest each round.

    Front Squat & Pull Ups 8:48 used 75 and thin green band. 1st round took forever cause I didn’t like my set up and I am a head case. 75 was the right weight, my legs were shaking.

    Wish I could erase my last squat of the WOD. I think I made poor Jama upset. “Keep your chest up” – those words describe me well.
