– Work on hitting as many 3’s as possible
– Double Under practice / max unbroken reps
WOD – 5 rounds of 3min
3 Strict Pullups
6 Pushups (on DB/KB/PVC)
9 Squats 95/65 (increase weight each round)
1 min rest between rounds
