200 meter run

WOD 2 – 3 person relay
12min AMRAP:
30yd shuttle – 10,10,10yds
1 rope climb
15 GHD/decline situps

Athlete on deck must wait for working athlete to finish rope climb before starting the round. If you cannot perform a rope climb then you will go from the floor to standing using arms only x 2.
