Warm Up – 3 rounds of 10 KB swings, 10 toes to bar, 1 lap

EMOM 5 min of:
60ydd shuttle run

WOD – FGB style (1min max reps each)
Wallballs
Bench press 75/45
Jumping Pull-ups
Abmat sit-ups
Row (cal)

3 rounds with 1 min rest between. Post rep count to comments.

Cool down – 3 x 200m run (50-60%)

    Got a total of 261 reps (78,86,97). Wall balls are challenging to me ever since I switched to a blue ball. on my last round I got 20 wall balls – thanks to Amy who encouraged me! Running felt good today!

    Got 302 105,101, 96 stayed consistent had trouble finding intensity, still super sore from Murph and partner Abs Sat. Really enjoyed the sprints.
