Air Squat (low and slow-feel the form and depth)
EMOM for 5 min perform
10 KB Swings
Plank/side plank in remaining time
WOD – For time:
30-20-10
Body weight Squats (up to 225/165)
Knees to Elbows (not knees to armpits)
Cool down with 10min banded mobility

16:46 at 105 which btw is not my body weight. This was so awful, it took me forever had to do them in sets of three to keep form. Finished last in class 6am. Worked hard though.
I feel you. I was second to last in my group. Couldn’t stay on the bar. But glad I used 225
I can’t squat my body weight so was told to squat 60% of my 1 RM, which was 63 lbs. with that many squats it felt heavy. Knees to elbows on rings.
