    21-15-9 8:04 T2B came in 2’s and 3’s after first 10

    Thrusters and Snatch at 45lb prob a little light but forearms were spent and working hard on snatch form 14:50.

    Started off my main WOD with 53 lbs. got through 10-1 and 9-2 and had to lower it to 48 lbs. I pushed through it. At 3-7 lowered the weight again to 43 lbs. time was up when I was working on my 2-8 round.
    It was brutal but good.
