    On clean workout worked with Debbie and Rolon we did 50 instead of 30. Did 75,85,90.

    Previous PR 93 tied that, got 98 after mental breakdown and a million progressions. Wanted 103 but still a head case!

    Good day for me today, two new PR’s. 78 lbs power clean (thanks to Amy who encouraged me to try after the WOD) and a dead lift of 143 lbs.

    30 at 83
    30 at 93
    30 at 113
    29 at 123. was one shy of 30.

    he was repping out the 123 and poor lil mom was struggling to do sets of 2! “here mom I will do 4 and you do 2″………warms my heart!
