155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and son T.J.

    Completed the first 4 rounds with 80lbs and the last round with 75lbs @ 15:30. I was the last one at 11am to finish. Thank you to everyone for pushing me.

    I used 63, my forearms and grip fail me more than anything else. Took 9:36. Felt like I used good form overall. Starting to actually feel the jerk vs press.
