Taking a page from Event 6 individuals for a fun team WOD.

    105 lbs on all dead lifts and blue ball pushed me hard. Great WOD!

    Repped out 305 three times on the SWOD.

    38:30 was our time: Brian and I teamed up for this one. Even though I wore my NC State shorts and he wore his UNC shorts, we somehow managed to get along. 225 on the dealifts were difficult, especially on the second set. I can still remember 225 being my max not too long ago! Brian killed the row and the second set of dead lifts.

    Teamed up with Skye and Chad and we did 70 of each instead of 50. Skye and I did the 155 on deadlift not sure what Chad did but in dead lifts we all did singles. We accidentally skipped deadlift first round so did them on way back down twice switched it with box jumps. At 25 min we had 36 deadlift a done and had not completed second row. I really enjoyed it
