This was my kind of workout! 13:09 I love bear crawl and burpees and decent jumper. Didn’t need to do much resting 🙂
Nice WOD, hated to jump but loved the bear crawl. Burpees were fine. Time: 17:05
awful! for me. too big to be crawling and jumping around…. JK,. took me forever but I finished. 25:05
