If I could only express through writing how fired up I am that the PR bell chain broke off today (in a good way). So many PRs the thing couldn’t hang on.

We work strength to make you better and to prepare you for what you have coming this summer. I love the intensity everyone brought to the strength and metcon portions today.

Skill – Pullup First pull
SWOD – Push Press 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1

WOD – 8min AMRAP of:
Ascending Ladder

Shoulder to Overhead 165/100
Chest to Bar Pullups

Accessory – 100 reps Abs (side bends, GHDs, T2B, K2E, twists)
