Great job by everyone this weekend at the Ruckus. Didn’t get to see much but I did see Sterling dust the other boys in some swings and high pulls.
SWOD – 6 sets of 3 reps
Snatch work. 3 reps are from different positions: high, mid, low hang
WOD – 12 min AMRAP
7 – Power Snatch 115/75
7 – Knees to Elbows
7 – Plyo Push-up
Had such a fun time Saturday with the Leapfrog style workout I thought we would do it again with a bigger crowd.
