Teams of 3 complete:

100 handstand push-ups*
100 alternating leg pistols*
100 pull-ups*
100 burpees

*only one athlete at a time. Athletes may assist working athlete complete any movement.

Take time remaining and perform time under tension for dips, leg raises, dumbbell curl, and shoulder press.
