Simple days are fun days.

Warm Up then dedicate 15-20mins to mobility/foam rolling

10 mins on Muscle Up progressions
– 30 tight reps working on transition

WOD – 5 rounds of:

3 min AMRAP
3 person teams
Prowler Push 25 meters*
1 min rest between rounds
1 athlete working at a time

*at least 90lbs loaded / prowler should be heavy but movable
