First I’d like to thank God that I was able to walk out of the box today under my own power. Now let’s prepare for Thursday Open announcement.

SWOD – Strict Press 5,5,5,3,3,3,20

Skill – pull-up on rings – as high as possible.

WOD – 9 min AMRAP OF:

5 pull-ups
5 toes to bar
10 medball cleans
10 medball push-ups

Sprint – every 30 on the 30
5 min
5-10-5 yd shuttle

    Made it to two reps of 68 on strict press did my 20 at 53

    AMRAP got 4 rounds plus the 5 pull ups. No band on pull ups and no knees on push ups

    Strict press at 80 , 65 on 20, did not complete all 20.in one turn, wod, 4 rounds plus all 10 cleans.
