8pm Open Announcement and then WOD! all ready been hinted that it will be some sort of chipper…

Warm Up – listed on whiteboard

Skill – 10 minutes to work handstand holds, wall climbs, handstand walks
Get upside down!

WOD – Goat work (think about what you are least proficient at)
Even minute – 3 cleans @ 75-80%
Odd minute – GOAT – can be mobility work as well

Remember you can perform a missed WOD from Monday-Wednesday.

    I am starting to feel pretty good with my double-unders. I did those as one of my Goats and did the “dot drill” as another one. Did my cleans at 75lbs. They weren’t too terrible some were easy with good form when my form sucked they were a challenge.

    I am also starting to feel comfortable in a handstand against the wall but trying as I am on the wall to lose contact and still hold can get about 5 seconds. Attempted walking on my hands only went two steps, really hard to lift my hands.
