Strict Pullups

This will be done with a partner. Both partners will complete all the reps and may help each other on the pullups. No bands/No jumping/No low bar.

WOD 2

3 rounds of 10 minutes

5 Minutes to complete 300m row / 3 Front Levers
5 Minutes to perform handstand walks for distance.
