    7:56, but I only used a 9 lb ball and 105 for the rows. Hey! What! It’s my first day back in almost 3 months! Plus I did 50 burpees and 1000m row to pay for all my cheats since Saturday. It was so good to be back in the Box!!!

    95 on strict presses
    10:17 with 155lbs on the row and a 14lb ball.
