WOD – Goat Day EMOM

Even Min – Goat 1
Odd Min – Goat 2

Pick two movements that cause you the most problems and let’s work on them. After you have chosen your coach will select the rep and time scheme for the workout.

If you missed a workout from Monday-Wednesday you may do this during the Goat WOD.

8PM the first Open WOD will be announced. Some of us are going to watch this at the box and then perform the workout immediately following. Want to join or have trouble sleeping, come on down.

    Goat I did double unders and pull ups. I increased my double under PR from 6 unbroken to 19, and consistently got 7-12. On pull ups I did the half pulls from the bottom the first half then negatives the second half with a complete pull up randomly thrown in.
