Then, take 75% and perform most reps possible without racking in a single set.

WOD – For time:

50 false grip pullups
75 hollow rocks
100 barbell pushups
75 medball cleans
50 kettlebell swings

    135 on back squat probably could have done more but those felt good and want to end on a good one.

    Did time WOD in about 24 min.
