    Push press started at 55 worked up to 90 on 7th set went back down to 85. Tried for new max of 95 and failed.

    3 round WOD 10:11

    9 min AMRAP snatches at 55. Did double unders, not fast and couldn’t string them but got 4 rounds + 1 snatch
