It’s like some space odyssey futuristic obscure number. I can still hear Prince partying like its 1999 with Will Smith doing some remix.
Anyway, going to take it back to my first CF workout and it will be a great way to start the new year.

Each round begins with squat cleans @ 135/95. Rep scheme 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.
Those competing Saturday will do a 5,4,3,2,1 – 5 round variation increasing weight as they go.
