It’s like some space odyssey futuristic obscure number. I can still hear Prince partying like its 1999 with Will Smith doing some remix.
Anyway, going to take it back to my first CF workout and it will be a great way to start the new year.
Squat Clean Cindy
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
Each round begins with squat cleans @ 135/95. Rep scheme 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.
Those competing Saturday will do a 5,4,3,2,1 – 5 round variation increasing weight as they go.

21:55 but only did 43 for the squat clean. Probably could have pushed for more weight.
28:10 rx….Im very pleased with that considering last time i cried, like real tears, & we did 105lbs, not 95lbs last time too.
Did the shorter competitors wod in 12:34 with 103, 123, 143, 173, 183. After the wod I kept going up and got 188 and a new PR of 193.
