Power Clean + Front Squat + Squat Clean
WOD – 5 rounds for time:
10 toes to bar
15 ring dips
Team WOD (3 person) 12 min AMRAP
Walking Lunge 185/135
Two athletes will be working at a time. Total reps will be counted for laps on lunges* and reps on push-ups. *one lap will count as 10 reps.
