CrossFit stole my thunder yesterday breaking out the CrossFit Total a day before we do our Oly Total. However, here it is:
1 RM for Snatch / Clean and Jerk
The total is for both lifts together. You will have roughly 20 minutes on each lift to complete the task. Use good form and judgement. This is a test but it is also training.
