30 Muscle-ups

WOMEN
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (14 lbs to 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

    Brooke adding Pullups to her WOD now. She’s all grown up.

    6:51 for wallballs. Wound up with 9 muscle ups which is one more than last year.

    10 minutes for wall balls. Finished double unders with 15 seconds to spare. If we counted halves in muscle ups I would have 1. 1/2 that is.
