WOD – 10,000 lbs Deadlift

Find a weight that you can perform (perfectly) for reps that can get you to a 10K total. 50 reps maximum regardless of ending total.

WOD 2 – AMRAP 8 mins of:

150m row or 2 rope climbs
15 Grasshoppers (2ct.)
10 Medball situps
5 strict pullups
1 bear crawl (tall legs) cone to cone
