One minute of each exercise:
(30 sec rest between exercises)

Jumping jacks
Abmat Sit-ups
Push-ups (Deload)
Air Squats
Pull-ups (Strict)
Walking Lunges
Toes to Bar
KB Swings (Russian)

Then,

Back Squat to 10000/8000lbs.
Max of 50 reps
Least amount of sets as possible
If you do not reach 10k or 8k by 50 reps take total of weight and record on comments.

    50 reps at 95lbs = 4750lbs

  2. 43 reps at 190=8170lbs –sets of 10,10,10,12, 1(did the math wrong and had to do one more)
